Refund Policy

    01. Membership Products & Subscriptions

    Users can cancel their membership products at any time. Upon cancellation, the membership will remain active until its next scheduled renewal date, at which time the billing terminates and no new charges will incur. No partial or prorated refunds are offered.

    02. Elite Beat Catalog & Digital Assets

    We maintain a strict NO REFUNDS policy on all beats, audio products, instrumentals, and downloadable contents. Because files cannot be un-downloaded, all audio sales are completely final.

    03. Storefront Merchandise & QK Clothing

    Merchandise refunds or exchanges will ONLY be granted if the items are completely unopened, unworn, unused, and still sealed in their original packaging. All merch return approvals are evaluated and executed at the sole discretion of TQK.
