    02. Intellectual Property & Audio Licensing

    All instrumentals distributed via the Elite Beat Catalog are subject to explicit Exclusive or Non-Exclusive usage rules as defined at the time of purchase. All intellectual assets, branding, and apparel styles belong to Quality Key. You may not use our intellectual property without express written consent.

    03. Storefront Purchases, Billing & Refunds

    All sales of digital downloads (including audio instrumentals and blueprints) are final and non-refundable. For physical merchandise such as QK clothing, we will track structural apparel defects for exchanges within a specified timeframe, subject to our return policy.

    04. Strategy Consultations & Bookings

    Strategy scheduling slots require accurate inputs and are for serious inquiries only. We require a strict 24-hour notification threshold for any timeline updates, cancellations, or rescheduling of consultations.

    05. Prohibited Activities

    You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, scraping, code circumvention, platform misuse, and any automated use of the system.

    06. Limitation of Liability

    In no event shall Quality Key, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, brand damages, distribution loop limits, or loss of streaming profit margins resulting from your use of the Service.

    These Terms shall be governed and construed strictly in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
